Workplace Investigations:

We conduct all manner of workplace investigations across a number of industries, and with organisations of varying sizes and complexity.  The vast majority of our investigations involve:

Team

Prinko is led by Linda Anderson.  Linda is a former financial services industry professional and retired police officer.  Linda leads our Workplace Investigations service. With her unique investigative experience, Linda gets to the nub of issues quickly in a professional and personable manner. 

Linda is supported in our Workplace Investigations service by Scott Donaldson.

Scott is a legally-qualified Employee / Industrial Relations expert of around 20 years’ experience. Scott has worked within legal private practice, in-house legal and ER/IR roles across blue- and white-collar industries, and has lectured in workplace relations and employment law. As well as workplace investigations, Scott advises on and supports organisations with the design and execution of IR strategies, plans and programs to support overall organisational objectives.

Wayne Jacobsen provides consulting services to Prinko, specialising in the development of industrial relations strategies, facilitation of enterprise bargaining, union relationship management and productivity improvement.  Wayne has over thirty experience across IR leadership roles in GOCs, as well as broad consulting experience to some of Australia’s largest resource industry employers (Greenfields and Brownfields operations) and renowned health care providers.
